Switchfoot dare you to move
Май 15th, 2008American Idol: 3 Contestants

round 1:we both think this was the foremost round of the unendingly. konnor really liked both syesha’s “if i ain’t got you” and david a.’s “and so it goes,” but would give a slight edge to syesha. jeff thought that david c.’s “the first time ever i saw your face” was one of the best performances of the season. simon was clapping in the middle of it (although he may comprise just been congratulating himself for picking the song). jeff thought david a. could have been great if he’d unbiased sung the melody without the runs and embellishments. you can pick the exact note where the song goes from good to archified.globular 2:this rough was rough, which is enchanting because it’s the not round that they were accomplished to choose their own songs. david a.’s “with you” was fitting foolish, and made sillier with that “dancing” of his. 17-year-olds from utah should not be allowed to dance in public. david c. should bear been in the belt with switchfoot’s “dare you to move,” but it neutral didn’t dismount there, and was actually quite pitchy. (jeff encourages you to wear and tear whatever music serve you subscribe to/steal from to listen to the original). syesha was ok with “fever,” which was good reasonably to send her this round in our opinion. we do wish her choreography wasn’t so carefully manufactured.round 3:we both liked david c.’s “don’t want to miss a thing.” with a view those of you who complain that david c. is “shouty,” have you heard aerosmith? jeff thought “longer” was david a.’s best performance of the night because it went almost a whole teensy-weensy without a signature archie note; konnor preferred his round 1 song. we pondering that the producers picking “hit me up” for syesha was their by the by of saying “we want david and david in the ending.” a song from happy feet? really?who will go:deservedly or not, syesha. the fates seem to have been aligned since day 1 to produce a david versus david final. konnor does think that syesha is probably the most marketable of the bunch, and we both think she could sell close to a million albums with the right long story choices. jeff would buckle the marketability prize to david cook, but jeff is genre-biased. on the other hand, if hannah montana can tell on millions of copies of multiple albums, then maybe david a. has the edge after all.
